TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

All orders for products will be accepted by eSigns Australia or www.esignsau.com.au (“eSigns”) subject to these terms and conditions.  Any person, entity or corporation placing orders for goods/products with eSigns is bounded by these terms and conditions.

The eSigns is not responsible for any loss or indirect loss related to business, business profit or goodwill that may result from use of this website.

ORDERS

ALL orders to be submitted via Fax, Post or E-mail using the appropriate Order Form.

Prices are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST.

Products will not proceed until full payment is received.

FREIGHT WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Cost within NSW     $15.00

Interstate                                 $21.00

Price included GST.

WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated, most of our goods carry a 12 MONTHS warranty from the Sale Date of the goods, against defective parts.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

Goods must return within 7 days for exchange of the same value.  Goods must be in a saleable form with the original packaging in tact and unopened. Goods must have a valid eSigns Australia invoice.  Customer must accept liability for all freight costs incurred in return of products including warranty repair or replacement of faulty goods without exception.

OUT OF STOCKS

On the condition that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. During this time you can either cancel your order or place the order on back order.

PRICES

The prices on this website are current at the time.  eSigns  reserves the right to change the price of any product without notice.  All prices specified by eSigns in the website are included goods and services tax (GST).

PRODUCT AND AVAILIABILITY

eSigns reserves the right to discontinue any product or to change its design at any time.  eSigns  will not be liable in any circumstances for a failure to supply any product ordered by the customer.

INSPECTION, DEFECTS AND NON DELIVERY

The customer must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery and eSigns shall not be liable for any defect in products or shortage in delivery unless written notice is given to eSigns within 7 days of delivery.

JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by the law of New South Wales. The parties to submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia
